Regulations of the online store

  1. STORE OWNER DATA

The seller of the online store www.syrinks.pl is the company: SYRINKS Art&Music Daria Noryńska,

With its registered office: ul. Wieluńska 7/1, 98-160 Sędziejowice; NIP: 576-148-99-22; REGON: 385049404.

The store and company website is www.syrinks.pl.

  1. ORDERS

Orders are accepted through www.syrinks.pl or by email (info@syrinks.pl).

After placing an order, the Customer receives information about acceptance for execution along with an order number to the e-mail address provided in the form.

Lack of such e-mail means that most probably a wrong address was given or the order was placed incorrectly.

In this case the order has to be placed again.

When the order is placed by the Buyer on the store’s website, the contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded.

The store is not liable for any delay in the processing of an order caused by incorrectly entered Buyer data (e.g. phone number, incorrect address or e-mail address).

We wait 7 working days for payments, after this time the order will be cancelled.

If the order cannot be confirmed due to the Buyer’s fault (e.g. wrong phone number, address) within 5 working days, it will be cancelled.

We deliver orders within the territory of Poland and European Union Member States.

  1. DELIVERY

Orders within Poland are processed within 1-10 working days from the moment of order acceptance. Orders outside Poland are processed within 2-14 days.

Due to the Covid19 pandemic, delivery times may be longer.

Order processing time when payment is made in advance, starts from the moment, when the full amount for the order including shipping fee is credited to the account of “Syrinks” company.

Most of the articles are in our warehouse, but sometimes the goods have to be delivered from suppliers cooperating with us,

then the delivery time may be extended. In this case the Customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone.

We make every effort to get orders completed and shipped as quickly as possible.

If the description of the goods is insufficient for the Customer or the Customer has any questions regarding the purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Goods with the status of ” on order” or ” out of stock” will be delivered on an individually agreed date.

In case of lack of the ordered item in the warehouse the Buyer will be immediately notified about this fact. In this case the Buyer has the right to cancel or change the order.

The products purchased in Poland are delivered via Poczta Polska Priority Mail, InPost Paczkomaty, InPost Courier and InPost Cash on Delivery. Outside the country only with Priority Mail to the European Union Member States.

  1. VAT INVOICES

Purchases made in the store are documented with a receipt or a VAT invoice.

  1. PRICES

Prices of products in the store are given in Polish zloty and in Euro and include VAT. All prices in our store are gross prices.

It is possible to pay in EURO to a foreign currency account: PL81 1240 3103 1978 0011 0279 4219.

For international orders, only payment in advance is applicable.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

The customer can choose the following methods of payment for the ordered goods:

payment on delivery (cash on delivery), payment via Przelewy24 system, prepayment on account – ordinary bank transfer.

  1. DAMAGE TO GOODS

Responsibility for damage to the goods from the time of transfer rests with the carrier.

To process a possible claim against the carrier, a “Complaint Notification Form” must be written in the presence of an employee of the carrier.

  1. Release of goods is considered to be the moment of receipt of items from the warehouse SYRINKS Art & Music Daria Norynska,

and in case of its shipment, entrusting it to a carrier specializing in shipping such type of goods (Article 544 (1) of the Civil Code).

When sending the goods to you, we ensure the method of packaging and carriage corresponding to the properties of the item, in particular its integrity (in accordance with Article 545 (1) of the Civil Code).

  1. If you find any concealed defect or damage to the goods, please contact us immediately by e-mail to determine the further course of action.

The proof of purchase is the basis for the complaint. If you have received the goods with technical defects, please send them back immediately or within 10 days after receiving them to our address.

We do not accept returns sent by a parcel labelled cash on delivery.

  1. RETURNS, COMPLAINTS

The Law of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights and Amendments to the Civil Code comes into force as of 25 December 2014.

A customer who is also a consumer who has concluded a remote contract may withdraw from it without giving reasons, making a statement within 14 days from the date of delivery. In order to meet this deadline it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.

Returns are only possible if the goods have not been used or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original non-damaged packaging.

Returned goods should be sent back together with the received invoice or receipt. The store guarantees the return of an amount equal to the price of the goods.

The money will be reimbursed within 5 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer or by post office transfer at the address indicated in the order.

The cost of delivery and returning the goods is not refundable. The store does not accept any parcels or returns sent back and labelled cash on delivery.

  1. GDPR

At the same time we inform about Personal Data Protection (Privacy Policy). In accordance with the contents of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item. 926),

all personal data collected by SYRINKS Art&Music Daria Noryńska will be used only to execute orders placed via electronic means.

In particular, it will not be shared with companies that work with us for any purposes, including marketing.

  1. The store reserves the right to cancel orders in special cases without giving any reason after informing the Customer.

  3. By placing an order Buyer accepts the above regulations.
